Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Engineer located in Egypt. The Tender Engineer will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, assessing technical and commercial requirements, preparing and submitting tenders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure all aspects of the tender process are completed efficiently. They will also be involved in cost estimation, risk assessment, and providing support during contract negotiation and project implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Strong background in reviewing and preparing tenders, proposals, and bid documentation
• Experience in cost estimation and risk assessment
• Proficiency in coordinating with multiple departments to gather necessary information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
