📅 Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and update the ERP system and maintain the ERP server
✅ Provide technical support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues
✅ Analyze departmental needs and adjust the ERP system to meet business requirements
✅ Ensure ERP server security and stability and perform routine maintenance
✅ Plan and organize IT systems, maintain hardware, networks, and internet services
✅ Develop and maintain programmed operating systems
✅ Update and upgrade operating systems and ensure data integrity
✅ Create, organize, enhance, and support systems, policies, and processes
✅ Manage devices, networks, and protect systems from breaches and security threats
✅ Install and maintain servers and security systems (firewalls)
✅ Monitor the performance and efficiency of electronic devices (computers, printers, etc.)
✅ Provide technical solutions and recommendations based on company needs
✅ Set up databases related to security and surveillance systems
✅ Maintain databases and ensure regular backups
✅ Manage and supervise system infrastructure
✅ Deliver top-tier technical support to company employees
✅ Prepare periodic reports and submit them to direct management
✅ Oversee installation of surveillance cameras, motion detectors, fire alarms, and anti-theft systems

Qualifications Required:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
💻 Practical experience in both hardware and software
🔐 Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and networking
📊 Experience in ERP systems and managing ERP servers
🗂 Analytical and problem-solving skills
🚀 Ability to handle crises and emergency situations
