Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
 * Distribute roles and tasks among the management team and monitor daily progress.
 * Implement the 5S system and guide employees in its application.
 * Oversee routine maintenance of machinery and equipment.
 * Monitor production rates, waste, and quality, and submit regular reports.
 * Supervise the training and guidance of new employees on their job duties, providing them with necessary skills.
 * Evaluate production processes and implement necessary changes to improve production quality, reduce time, effort, and costs. Determine production capacity and output rates for each machine, and compare them with industry standards.
 * Provide reports on production operations, achievements, and challenges to the direct supervisor.
 * Execute process improvement strategies, including lean manufacturing principles, automation, and process control procedures.
 * Coordinate material requirements, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation to ensure smooth production flow.
 
 * Perform any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to achieve optimal productivity and overall business goals.
