💡 About the Role:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in managing steel structure projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality compliance. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Contractors to drive success at every phase.

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management.
✔ 0–2 years of experience in construction or project management (steel structures preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards
✔ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office Suite
✔ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with project documentation, cost tracking, and scheduling software

✨ Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Experience in steel structure design or construction projects
🔹 Basic knowledge of BIM and document management systems
🔹 Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP (or pursuing one)
🔹 Understanding of lean construction principles
