1. Job Summary System Engineer Lives In Cairo

• Responsible for providing technical support to users and maintaining IT operations and services.

2. Duties and responsibilities

• Respond to users requests of IT issues.

• Maintain IT equipment and service availability.

• Report any work issues or conflicts.

• Arrange new IT equipment delivery.

• Update IT documentation.

• Contribute in yearly reporting and planning.

3. Qualifications

Level of education

• B.sc of computer science or Engineering

Knowledge & Specific experience

• 2-4 years of experience in help desk.

• Microsoft, Cisco, or similar brand certification is a must.

• Expert level of computer support – Average level of network and server administration

• MCSE

• SAP Background OR Any ERB System

• Photo Shop Background

• Outlook 360

Personal Competencies

• Communication skills

• Problem solving
