Objective:

Performing all efforts and activities for Travel & Tourism business as well as for consumer loyalty to achieve sales budgets set according to company target and objectives.

1. Contact Center Specialist (Minimum 2 years of Travel Industry experience - Wholesalers & Amadeus Systems).

2. Contact Center Team Leader (Minimum 4+ years of Travel Industry Experience).

3. Ticketing & Reservation Specialist (DMCs, Galileo, Amadeus - Ticketing diploma is a must with Minimum 2 years’ experience).

4. Customer Relation Support Specialist (Gulf Dialect - Minimum 2 years of Travel Industry experience).

5. Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist (Degree in Marketing would be an advantage - Travel Industry Experience with B2C Social Media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM - Minimum 2 years of Travel Industry experience).

6. Treasury Accountants (Minimum 2 years of Travel Industry experience).

7. Executive Secretary Female (HR Background - Minimum 5 years of Travel Industry experience).

8. Graphic Designer (Minimum 5 years of Travel Industry experience).

9. IT Service Desk Analyst (Minimum 2 years of experience).

10. Technical Support Developer (PHP & Android/IOS - Minimum 5 years of Travel Industry experience).



Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree only (Preferred in Tourism) / (Maximum age 28).

- Exempted or Postponed Military Service.

- Fluency in Arabic & English. (Speaking & Writing).

- Computer literate & ICDL MS Proficiency.

- Excellent Sales Skills & Communication Skills & Time Management.

- Highly Presentable & Self Motivated & Fast Learner & Hard worker.

- GCC/MENA Regions Market Experience is a MUST.

- Quality Oriented as well versed in various Travel Tasks (Domestic/International, Individuals/Groups, Holidays/Business, etc).

- Successful Track records in applied Department.
