Need Mechanical Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

1- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer generated reports.

2- Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

3- Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.

4- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.

6- Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principle

7- Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.

8- Installing and performing diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.

9- Developing and implementing mechanical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.

10- Troubleshooting mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs.

11- Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records.

12- Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies.

13- Optimizing mechanical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings.

14- Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations..

Qualifications

1- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (MIT), or similar.

2- Minimum 2 years experience as a mechanical Engineer in a related industry.

3- Males only.

4- Experience in the construction Field (Cement products manufacturing or Cement products industry are preferred).

5- Worked in professional or well-known companies.

6- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.

7- Proficiency in mechanical design and diagnostic testing software.
