Plan sites design & BSS solution for 2G/3G/LTE ensuring that they support business plan achievement and contribute to the development and refinement of network strategy.

Equipment planning, engineering & solutions for Ericsson/Huawei.

Plan and study network modernization & vendors offers to keep our network competition & to utilize the different phases to save CAPEX & OPEX.

Study LTE & U900 readiness projects, and control the different swap scenarios between all vendors E2E from planning, implementation, acceptance and closure POV.

Provide new ideas & solution to enhance TCO & the optimum cost per site.

Evaluate and compare the different BSS solutions from the different vendors technically and commercially.

Responsible for the new BoQ orders of the 2G/3G/LTE for the new phases & batches.

Work with engineers to propose new features that can boost network capacity & Hardware optimization.

Qualifications Essential

University Degree in Communications Engineering.

Minimum 1 years’ Experience.

Experience Essential

Radio access & capacity planning experience.

UMTS/GSM Networks Understanding.

Excellent computer Skills (MS & presentation) & programming skills.

Experience Desirable

Experience for engineering planning & sites design.

Introduce innovation idea & smart design.

Ability for hard worker & achieving the objectives.

Excellent leadership & communication skills.

Experience Essential

GSM/UMTS capacity planning & traffic relief analysis.
