**Accounting jobs for a multinational company located in 6 October city.

SAP AP Accountant.

Requirements:

SAP experience is a must.

• Handling A/P starting from receiving the proper invoices till preparing local and foreign Trade supplier’s checks and transfers Investigate & resolve supplier queries. 

• Vendor confirmations and reconciliations, resolve all discrepancies directly with the vendor. 

• Manage accounting periods opening and closing in accordance with the closing calendar and reconcile A/P related to Trial Balance monthly to ensure the accuracy of the numbers related to AP, Expenses, and Advances. 

Responsible for the customs, clearance and Insurance of all Export & Import jobs. 

• Prepares journal entries for accruals expenses. 

• Supervise Inter-company Debit /Credit notes, booking and its reconciliation 

• Aid internal /external auditors to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes. 

• Preparing analyses of accounts to ensure payments are up to date. 

• Keeping excellent communication with suppliers and meeting other department’s requests.
