As a Purchasing Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, quality and cost effectiveness. Maintaining strong partnerships with all vendors meet operations product needs on a timely basis and evaluate and recommend new products to enhance standards and increase profitability.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the company’s food and beverage objectives

Maintains perpetual warehouse inventories

Completes all purchasing requisitions

Ensures all deliveries are made for all points of operation.

Strong computer skills. organizational and prioritization skills.

Ability to comprehend instructions, financial reports, vendor documents, department plans and revisions.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with purchasing and inventory.
