Job Purpose:

-Developing color formula for entire Fandeck (shade card) by using software and adopting suitable methodology.

-Providing training to the chemist and Technician to develop color formulation by using scientific method

-Supervise and guide technician to develop new color to support all the project sales requirement

Qualifications:

-Bachelor Degree Science – chemistry or Master degree is an add value

-5-10+ years of experience in the Same Industry (Paints) or Ink Industry.

-Knowledge about know-how of Driving color formula development by using established methodology

- Experience in Color Formula Development by using software and systematic methodology suitable for dealer tinting system application.

- Have the knowledge to drive the project in cost effective manner with best in the class output

- Formulation expertise for colorant development.

- Good technology understanding about Color

- Excellent communication (verbal, written),interpersonal skills

- Excellent English language
