Deployment Senior Engineer

Job Description

1- In Charge of Network New Sites Telecom Deployment for the below projects.

• Blocked Structures & NM Sites.

• New Indoor Sites, WIFI & Micros.

2- Deliver Site On Air to Network Management (EOT) within agreed to time frame and abided by organization processes.

3- Ensure that pool and plan communicated to assigned Subcontractors and vendors.

4- Follow up with the Subcontractors site acquisition activities to monitor its timeliness and progress.

5- Follow-up the completion of Deployment activities to ensure work progress is within time and quality frames required as well as NTRA precautions.

6- Check/handle flow of work to ensure the complete appliance of processes and/or budget and escalations channels.

7- Supervises scheduling of acceptance and NTRA visits to ensure compliance with the NTRA criteria.

8- Align with Network Management SPOC Upon On Air for Site Transfer from ROT to EOT.

Qualifications Essential

University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering / B.Sc in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.

Qualifications Desirable

Full knowledge of mobile telecom

Fully aware of etisalat processes and quality standards

Experience Essential

Minimum 2-4 years’ Experience.

Minimum 2-3 years relevant telecom industry experience in Deployment

Experience Desirable

Fluency in Arabic.

Fair both spoken & written in English
