Do you have the experience with Supply agreements, SPA, DA, In/Out licensing agreements, SHA, Manufacturing agreements, Technology Transfer, Bank facilities, Employment contracts, NDA/CDA, etc…,?

Did you create or update contract templates based on best practices and evolving legal standards to reduce risk and increase efficiency before?

Qualifications

Strong academic credentials and degree from recognized law school.

15+ years in finance with global experience.

Work experience across Europe and Africa.

Knowledge of international standards of practice.

Effectively managing and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Strong skills in drafting a variety of legal documents
