Sales Manager to join in Arab Union Glass factory

We are looking for Sales Manager to join in Arab Union Glass factory in 5th settlement with the following requirements:

Responsibilities: -

· Build and maintaining client relations.

· Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply.

· Setting annual plans and working to achieve the highest percentage of sales according to the expectations of the study.

· Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.

· Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition.

· Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.

· Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities.

· Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.

· Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.

· Participate in setting the product price according to the market study, supply and demand.

Job Requirements: -

- Suitable bachelor’s degree

- 5+ years of experience as sales manager (glass manufacture field or real estate will be preferred (tempered glass-laminated glass-sandblasting glass-insulating glass-heat strengthened glass-structured glazing units)).

-experience in construction or aluminum's field will be preferred also.

- Cairo resident is must.

- Self-discipline and Pressure management.

- Strong Leadership Skills.
