Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications 

Knowledge of the Regulatory Security industry including effective crime risk management processes through personal development with appropriate qualifications.

Experience in handing physical security protocols and successful crisis management.

Experience in law enforcement, security, or banking industry (or a mix of these) ideally with some exposure to financial institutions.

Previous experience managing staff and guarding services personnel.

An ability to make quick decisions in pressure situations.

Expert operating knowledge of, and internal relationships with, country government institutions, especially law enforcement.

Strong managerial, interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills

Have strong relationship and liaison regularly, with other Country PSR Heads in the Region to ensure constancy and to share lessons learned.

Acquire and analyze geopolitical intelligence from external and internal sources.

Ability to act independently and interact with senior executive management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field;

Security Management or Criminal Justice preferred;

7+ years experience in law enforcement, military, or experience managing physical security programs.
