minlo is looking for HR Director that will come and join our team.

The perfect candidate must have:

Diverse HR experience that includes Consumer Goods, Manufacturing or FMCG exposure

Diverse experience in the HR function

Experience with Change Management specially managing cultural change

15 years of solid experience in the HR field

At least 5 years of experience managing an HR department
