Working hours: 8 hours ( from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Computer Science (BS) from recognized institute (Minimum)

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (BS) from recognized university (Preferred)

Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution

Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as remote access desktop programs Software knowledge

Cisco Call center management

VOIP Knowledge

Networks (LAN & WAN) Knowledge

Infrastructure / Server Management

Service Management & Desktop Support
