We are looking for a talented and Conversation Designer who can easily collaborate with disciplines in a high-speed environment to turn customer requirements into impactful conversational experiences.

Create customer journeys, storyboards, and analyze intents and the associated customer journeys and modify later according to client business goals through WhatsApp Chatbot

Responsibilities

• Create customer journeys, storyboards, and analyze intents and the associated customer journeys and modify later according to client business goals through WhatsApp Chatbot 
• Design conversational experiences Create design deliverables, including bot personas, sample dialogs, and conversation flow diagrams.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Identify new conversational patterns and implement them
• Draft content for conversational experiences and collaborate closely with content strategists to match brand and product standards
• Collaborate with developers and tech partners to ensure designs are correctly translated into the build

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience or Contact center and/or customer service experience a plus
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• excellent writing skills and clear spelling and grammar in Arabic
• Experience using conversation design tools like BotMock is add on
