Requirements :
1- Education : Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering .
2- Experience : 5 to 7 years in construction field .
3- Extensive technical knowledge and experience in project planning, budgeting, cost phasing and control from the project initiation to close out phases, utilizing computer-based systems (Primavera project Management )
