Process Design Engineer jobs

Process Design Engineer ( +3 Years’ experience in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry)
• Assist in the preparation of CTR’s and man hour estimates.
• Create and respond to technical queries.
• Tender phase site visits and collecting data.
• Basis of design preparation.
• Prepare the technical process documentations (e.g. PFDs, P&IDs, H&M balance).
• Perform the relevant process calculations (e.g. line sizing, pressure drop, thermal) and simulations.
• Perform the process equipment sizing (e.g. vessels, pumps, PSVs, flow orifices).
• Support the other disciplines for the preparation of multidisciplinary project documents.
• Support the client for the technical offers alignment and evaluation and for the technical follow up.
• Defines the utilities requirements and designs the associated systems
• Participates to the preparation of Operating Manual, commissioning, startup & shutdown procedures
