HR Section Head (Factory)
Job Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Description:
• Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives 
• Support in recruitment and selection process for blue and white collars
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
• Support and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures 
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system
• Assist in assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to HR Director and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management 
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• FMCG (Manufacturing) experience is a MUST!
• 7 to 10 years of total experience in different areas of HR functions
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor law
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Excellent English (Spoken & Written)
• Advanced skills in MS Excel is a PLUS!
• Relevant recognized HR Certification is a PLUS
• Ability to consult, facilitate and interact across function/market areas and with all organizational levels
