Currently, we are hiring an "HR Generalist" for a leading Industrial Solutions company.
Job description :
• implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
• Prepare payroll and maintain personnel process.
•Maintaining Employees files, documents & paperwork
•Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
•Managing all processes related to employee hiring (sending job offers, creating the employee file, social insurance, medical insurance, bank account …etc.).
•Following up on the implementation of the approved work regulations regarding attendance, leave, and overtime.
•Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, any deductions or compensation.
•Manage & update employee’s files.
•Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance.
•Ensure that employees comply with all internal procedures, policies, and laws of the company.
Handling full cycle of recruitment
Job requirements :
• Males only.
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent in Excel
• Very good in Communication and organization skills.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in n (payroll, personnel, and recruitment )
•Location: Nasr city
