Finance Supervisor is needed in International company ,
Location: New Cairo,

Qualifications:
*Experience from 4-7 years,
*Excellent understanding of using SAP, Outlook, Word, Excel is a must,
*Experience background in AP & General Ledger is a must,
* This position for Males Only,
*Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English is a must,

Responsibilities :
 
*Oversee all accounts payable activities including invoicing, petty cash opening / replenishment / transfer / closure, memos and the managing of the of AP period’s opening and closing.
* Manages closing activities: A/P accruals, A/P open items, vendor accounts with open balances, vendor accounts with debit balances, reconciliation of subledger to GL/justify AP balances,
*Prepare and validate the Month-End closing process including validating accruals, journal entries and all working schedules,
*Record daily, monthly, and other periodic accounting, journal entry bookings,
*Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and reporting schedules.
*Filing & maintaining all the bank payments vouchers, receipt voucher, and invoices.
*Analyzing the bank statements for all the receipts & timely payments.
*Preparing a monthly statement of payment made through all the banks.
*Maintaining daily Bank Balances and correspondence.
*Preparing Ageing reports and relevant AP reports.
*Intercompany Transaction and relevant booking and monthly confirmation.
