Job Description:
• Responsible of all operational logistics for conducting a course.
• Communicating with internal and external clients
• Maintains accurate records of all courses conducted
• Building relationships with internal and external clients
• Keeping in contact with the client and participants at all stages of the course to insure customer satisfaction
• Maintains accurate records for existing clients
