Technical Lead ( Frontend )

Job Description:-

The Frontend TL owns web applications/portals designing and building Angular and/or ReactJS capabilities/teams. The TL values simplicity and is

unafraid to challenge technical constraints and procedures to achieve an Agile design. The TL works closely with all team members to create a modular,

scalable solution that addresses/incorporates future architectural changes and designs. The TL will drive the teams engineering practices in test driven

development, continuous integration, and automated deployment. The TL is a hands-on team member who actively coaches the team to solve complex

problems.

 

Core Responsibilities:-

▪ Prepare low-level designs for team members, in

collaboration with Solution/Software Architect

▪ Guides project teams on technology strategy related to

coding practices, continuous integration and automated

deployment

▪ Accountable for the technical design of the product

▪ Be hands on and engage in coding to help the team to

develop his solution and solve all surfacing problems at

hand Identifies and removes technical impediments

▪ Works with Product Owner to align the roadmap with

strengths and opportunities within the technical stack

▪ Thought partners with the Product owner in story

creation and acceptance criteria, and communicate

tradeoffs effectively with Designers

▪ Constantly looking for better ways of solving technical

problems and designing the solution, not afraid of

challenging the status quo

▪ Provides the team a roadmap for implementing

software engineering practices for higher code quality

▪ Shares responsibility with Product Owner for building

reusable and scalable components

▪ Reporting to Engineering Lead, aligning team members

performance and technical problem solving.

 

Key Skills:-

▪ 8+ YoE, Seen as expert in developing web frontend using both Angular 5 or later

▪ Can assist and support in making architecture decisions at a team and product level

▪ Knowledgeable in Android design patterns for building scalable and robust Apps

Android Technical Lead

Summary of role:-

▪The Android Developer designs and builds advanced, scalable applications for android Apps

▪The Android Dev works with the product and design teams to understand end user requirements and use cases and translate them pra gmatic and effective technical solutions.

▪The Android Dev integrates with backend services (JSON, REST, etc.) to make sure we are delivering a great mobile user experienc e that is super fast for end users.

 

Key responsibilities:-

▪Shaping and implementing technology / business solutions to contribute to client

organization s competitive differentiation

▪Uses various software development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient

solutions that enhance client organization s technology stack

▪Collaborates with other team members to implement user stories, write tests, and

continuously deliver new / improved product functionality

▪Communicates with team members to resolve technical dependencies during implementation

▪Reporting to Android TL

 

Typical skills, and background:-

▪5 + years with mobile application development using Java / Kotlin for Android

▪Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or similar, advanced degree preferred

with outstanding record of academic achievement.

▪Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and

MVC.

▪Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigm under

Android, memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency and

RxJava and/or coroutines/ livedata

▪Expert working knowledge of Java, Kotlin, IntelliJ, Eclipse and/or Android Studio.

▪Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Working

knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging

technologies

▪Ability to implement custom native interfaces using the latest Android

programming Techniques.

▪Experience in engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns,

design driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable

applications, application security

▪Experience in agile, scrum, and/or kanaban development methodologies

Domain Expertise:-

▪Seasoned software developer Java, Kotlin, Spring boot, Spring cloud, Junit, NoSQL DB,

In memory cache, API Gateway, Design Patterns, Logging, Spring Security, Maven, with

deep insight into newest technologies such as Python.

▪Hands on experience in production Cloud Docker, DevOps CI/CD environments

▪Nice to have experience in Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI , Kubernetes, apigee ,

OpenAPI , Gradle, and Linux shell scripting.
