Arabia Holding is seeking to Hire the Following :
(CRM) Specialist will be collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technology problems and resolve them.
We are looking for someone who knows their customer’s needs, wishes and dreams. S/he should be well versed in the value delivered to customers and the problems customers are trying to solve.
S/he will work with marketing staff and operations to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
Job Requirements :
Customer Service with a real estate background is preferred
Proven work experience as a CRM
Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
Organizational skills that will help to juggle competing demands between marketing, sales, customers, and management
Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
Commercial awareness to understand the target market and design campaigns accordingly.
Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
Familiar with social media platform moderation
