OD Specialist
•Prepare list of requested training needs
•Identify internal and external training programs
•Inform employees about training options, time and dates
•Track and report on training outcomes
•Provide feedback to managers by keeping records of training evaluation sheets (Training Evaluation-Participants Evaluation) and make analysis
•Maintain employee training records
•Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
•Handle logistics for training activities and manage in-house training facilities and equipment.
•Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job description
•Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees.
•Identify, develop and implement business processes and Workflows when required
•Assist the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development
•Responsible for the promotions of employees and assessment center
•Participates, Implement/interpret corporate in developing new policies, procedures and programs.
•Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential through the stay interviews
•Responsible for launching 360 Assessment evaluation and delivery of reports to Team leaders and Supervisor
