Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager with the below responsibilities and qualifications.

• Ensures the welfare of stocks
• Follows up on order delivery
• Manages and oversees the accuracy of the documentary cycle from products receivable to products’ final release
• Performs audit on all products delivered to ensure that the products are registered in the system
• Prepares the annual report which is primarily composed of:
• Plans covering:

- Space requirements

- Equipment required

-Team training requirements

• Budgets covering the items in the plans above
• Prepares the monthly report that covers the movement of products
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Oversee picking, packing and distribution activity.

• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to decide on which technique to use in storing
• General awareness of sales and maintenance plans

• Ability to set clear objectives for all subordinates
• Ability to check progress on achievement of objectives  
• Ability to provide on-the-job-coaching
