Raya Foods; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Dispatching Executive with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:

Key job responsibilities:

1- Executing the weekly dispatching plan issued by the Planning Department.

2- Supervising the dispatching in the warehouses and making sure that the entire process is completed in terms of quantity and quality for the apparent local freight + export and internal transport, with confirmation of the loading within the period prescribed for each party in terms of quantity, number and quality of loading and matching with the truck scale.

3- Review and match all documents for dispatching as follows

• Permission to exchange stores
• Order planning
• Matching the stickers sent from the actual layout outside and inside the cartons Lot Number
• The container number sent by the Logistics Department and matching it with the Lot Number
• upload record
• Truck scale
• Packing List + Invoice

4- Sending daily reports on the number of empty refrigerators and the status of the loaded refrigerators.

5- Send daily reports on the number of existing containers compared to the shipping plan with the status of each container.

6- Follow up on loading problems and make sure that all containers arrive at 7 am and confirm the shipping offices and drivers.

7- The skill of price negotiations, finding competitive prices with high quality and solving problems.

Knowledge of Import Shipments is a Plus.

Knowledge Logistics Operations is a Plus.
