HR Manager for ZDS Architects

We are looking for an HR manager to help lead efforts in growing our teams. HR Manager Requirements:

*Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
*7+ years of experience in the human resources field with a minimum of 3 years as HR Manager.
*Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
*Experience in educating and coaching staff.
*Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
