شرح مهام الوظيفة

Responsibilites: -Creating and executing learning strategies and programs.
-Helping the Company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities.
-Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
-Conducting organisational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
-Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in any related discipline.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the HR field.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook with excellent organisational skills.

- Languages: Arabic & English fluently spoken and written.
