Projects Manager for a well known construction company

Projects Manager is needed for a well known construction company with the below requirements :

– BA in civil engineering or any equivalent discipline.
– 12 to 15 Years of experience managing projects.
– Experience in Offshore projects is a must.
– Able to lead all project functions “ HSE-technical-design-facility-planning”.
