IT Technical Support Engineer is required for an IT Company

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate from Faculty of Engineering / computer science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• Experience from 1-3 years in a similar position

• Performs LAN administration functions; monitors and troubleshoots LAN and WAN system performance and resolves communications and networking problems

• Excellent Experience in Help Desk tasks ( HW – SW)

• Hands-on experience with network knowledge and documentation
