Key Accountabilities:

Ø Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations, including documentation and presentation of results to management and senior leadership.

Ø Respond to requests from other departments.

Ø Monitor the cash-in and cash-out.

Ø Monitor company cash collections, checks issued & deposited to avoid idle funds and fraud.

Ø Prepare daily treasury transactions LGs& LCs& bills of collection &transfers

Ø Monitor daily bank balances, cash clearing accounts

Ø Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis

Ø Ensure proper implementation of bank transactions.

Ø Process all deposited miscellaneous checks and ensure timely G/L posting

Ø Support daily/weekly/monthly Treasury and accounting activities.

Ø Review all monthly debt and subsidiaries journal entries, account reconciliations

Qualification & Education:

Ø Education: Field of Study must be BA commerce, Accounting

Ø Years of Experience: 4-5 years

Ø Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications must.

Ø Proficient use of ERP system & Oracle applications

Ø Excellent communication skills

Ø Good English Language
