– Technical Support with minimum experience 3 to 5 years preferred real estate companies background with the following :
Job Description
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
-Provide technical assistance and support for other systems, PC, Laptop, Printers, CCTV, Network Security, Backup Solutions, Storage System, Time Attendance, Internet Service, communications and any other IT related system.
-Provide technical assistance and support for wired and wireless LAN and WAN communications.
-Diagnose problems and perform troubleshooting activities. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
-Maintain daily performance of computer systems. Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
-Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
-Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
-Diagnose problems and perform troubleshooting activities.
-Managing multiple cases at one time.
