job requirements:
A Bachelor Degree.
– 6+ Years of experience with at least 3 years as a Telesales Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager.
– Very good English command is a must.
– Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
– Experience in sales in Courses, Gyms, Clinics, or a similar field is a must.
– Ability to build up an internal system and sales funnels.
– Making and updating the call scenarios and scripts.
– Monitoring and coaching the telesales agents.
– Maximum age 35
