Role Purpose

•    Implement and maintain a strong relationship with all Governorates to support VFE business.
•    Follow up all Governorates’ auctions process regarding VFE network sites.
•    Following up on behalf of VFE critical, go no-go, needed clearances and approvals for government contracts & deals.
•    Follow up VFE special projects in different governorates all over Egypt.
•     Follow up the new opportunities for government sales team with the government sector.
•    Formulating deals and protocols with all governorates across Egypt to maximize VFE Business and network footprint.
•    Follow up & preparing the needed access permissions for governorate sites.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationship with all assigned governorate entities.

Speed up network deployment and retail operations. Through new acquisitions for VF sites within governorate entities 
Retention and renewals of all VFE network sites in Governorates properties
Issuing all NTRA & governorate initial permit for all new rollout sites.

Organising the legalization deals with governorates to legalize our existing sites.

Handling NTRA meetings on weekly basis with ministry of communications. 

Maintain Zero chronic down sites.

Achieve set targets, main KPI’s include but not limited to “New Sites, Renewals, 

Manage all auctions & global deals with governorate authorities for new VF network sites and retail stores. 
Accounts management for the assigned governmental and ministerial accounts 
Competitive and profitable New sites acquisition within the governorate premises.
Influencing governorates bodies to issue decrees in favour to VFE

    Good Negotiations and Communications skills

    Budget planning, forecasting and reporting skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
    Business acumen 
    Bachelor Degree in Business, Mass communications, Political Science or equivalent
