Job Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy of Allianz Egypt and all its products
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, App store optimization, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Design, build and maintain Allianz social media presence across all platforms/channels (Linkedin, FB, IG, YT, TikTok, Snapchat..)
- Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital & product marketing team
- Create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify market trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights and future sales trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Create and execute Influencers, bloggers & industry professionals discovery and outreach strategy and lead negotiations for best collaboration deals
- Create Marketing & sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts.. )
Qualifications:
- Min of 5 years experience in digital marketing, two of which in a managerial position
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics..) Working knowledge of social analytics & listening tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, Instagram & Google Adwords campaigns
- Outstanding Arabic & English copywriting, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to sell ideas well through creative & innovative presentations.
- University degree (Marketing, Communications, Advertising..)
