Project Manager at microtech

We are looking for Implementation Project Manager has a bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Assess current and learn current software, IT requirements, and needs
· Manage and hire a team of software implementer
· Present software and implementation plans to new and existing customers
· Train our employees on using and Implementing software
· Manage accounts and handle customer problems
· Work closely with development team to come up with the required features on time.
· Assist sales people in targeting the proper market segment, develop effective benefit list and present the product.
· Assist customer and technical support people in understanding and effectively supporting customers in using the product efficiently.
· Conduct seminars, presentations and other marketing and sales efforts to ensure sales volume targets achievement.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
· PMP certification
· IT project management experience
· Experience with SaaS programs, such as CRM software, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio
