Qualifications:
– Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline.
– 1-5 years of experience in the same field.
– Good knowledge on MCSA or MCITP.
– ITIL information is an asset.
– Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control.
– Strong client-facing and communication skills.
– Very good command of English.
