Responsibilities:
– Achieving the company’s sales Target.
– Following up and analyzing the sales results and identifying deficiencies and points to improve and improve them and raise sales.
– Follow up the branch departments.
– Determine the objectives of the branch and work to achieve them (goal – expenses – profitability).
– Follow up the workflow within the branche to reach it in the required form.
– Distributing work tasks to branch managers and following up on implementation.
– Follow up the stock of all sections of the branch.
– Training and Coaching branch employees.
– Evaluate the performance of branche and branch managers on a regular basis.
Skills:
– Leadership
– Skills of setting goals and how to monitor their implementation
– Coaching and counseling skills.
– Problems solving and decisions making.
– Number analysis and preparing reports.
Experiences:
Experience of not less than seven years in the same field of work.
