Location: Head Office (Cairo)
Qualifications:
– BSc in Mechanical engineering.
– 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical_Tender_Engineer (HVAC & fire fighting & plumbing and medical gas)
Job Responsibilities :
– Manage the preparations of technical proposals for a range of items by coordinating the activities of the construction team.
– To submit a detailed response to the inquiry documentation and provide answers responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
– To develop negotiate and agree to confirm contract specifications with a variety of external groups including contractors end-users and other suppliers.
– Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.).
– Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods & material needed to carry out the works.
– Cost breakdown for project items.
