Requirements
• BSC/BA must, HR Diploma is must, Professional HR certification is a plus / MBA Holder
• Good experience at OD, Recruitment, Payroll and training functions
• 10+ years in an HR field, HR manager minimum with 2 years and 3 years in medical field
• Good understanding in project management and budgeting
• Expert knowledge on local labor laws
• Expert knowledge of Talent Development and Reward
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, organization and planning skills
• Good presentation skills
• Strong leader and a motivator

About position
• Location: Alexandria
• Type of work: Full Time Job – 8 hours – 1 day off
• Lead all core HR function (OD, Recruitment, Payroll, personnel and training)
• Manage the Performance management system
• Design assessment tools for the organization in line with competencies required for roles.
