About the job
Roles
- Designing and implementing strategic sales plans specifying sales targets, tactics, challenges and targeted markets.
- Analyzing sales activities and improving sales productivity for Data Center Services, Cloud computing based solutions and other related Digital Services including IoT solutions and CDN’s
- Ensure the positioning of the company’s Digital services to align with customers’ business needs.
- Gather technical, financial, market and other relevant information to create compelling products and services for the customer base, in line with company product roadmap.
- Evaluate the sales performance against its goals and make data- driven decisions.
- Identify most profitable customers and expand the markets reach and customers’ base.
- Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers to expand and develop the customers’ base.
- Identify the nature and preferences of the major players in the market.
- Identify and qualify new business prospects by determining if the prospect matches the assigned business segment's services and qualifications, outlining opportunities and benefits of pursuing a certain customer.
- Establish an excellent working relationship with customers, continuously striving to improve the business relationship and level of overall service that the business segment is providing.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales peers to share best-practices and with other business line executives to ensure that the “voice of the customer” is reflected in marketing, product, operational and financial decision making processes.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales, Business development and Service Delivery teams to build customized solutions matches the customer’s needs.
- Work with Product Development team to use customer feedback and analytical insights in the formation of new products/solutions.
- Coordinate, track, and facilitate various assigned project activities and obtain necessary approval to keep projects and workflow moving.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations.
- Responsible for accurate forecasting and pipeline analytics
Job Requirements
- Minimum (8) years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
- Minimum (2) years of sales experience in data centers Services to International Customers.
- Minimum (2) years of commercial experience in submarine cables sales activities.
Minimum (2) years of experience in selling International Connectivity services.
Education
· Engineering Bachelor's Degree (Telecommunications).
Professional Degree Business Administrations is preferred.
