3-5 years of experience in customer service with a strong track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience initiatives
Excellent English Language Level (writing & Speaking).
Very good user of CRM systems and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
