As a .NET Solution Architect you will be responsible for

● Convert high-level Epics into detailed User Stories

● Defining NFRs for each epic

● Code reviews

○ Unit Test coverage

● Proof of concept & spikes to explore new features

● Reviewing Data \ Messaging Model and Flows

Will work closely alongside

● Product Owner

● Lead Developers

● Business analyst

● Lead QA

● Scrum Master

Will report to:

● Lead .Net Architect (GSSC)

Will manage

● Dotted line to Lead Developers

Will build and own the following capabilities:

● Architecture team practices

Will have the following skills:

● .Net Core v5 and above

● Angular TS 11+

● DDD (Domain Driven Design)

● Front-end Frameworks (Angular) - MVC and Observables design patterns

● Event based microservices (Kubernetes)

● Cloud and on-premise systems

● Microservices Patterns & tools

● SOLID Principles

● OWASP, including PCI

● Container orchestration (Docker)

● Message Queues (RabbitMQ \ Kafka (preferred))

● Restful API Design

● Scalability, Load Balancing and Performance optimization

● Scrum

● DevOps

Required experience:

● 8- 12 years building and maintaining web-technologies, with at least 2-3 years as an architect or lead developer

● Ideally have a strong understanding of payment technologies (Payment Gateways)

● Have worked in Agile development teams and be proficient in Agile terms

● Have decomposed a monolithic application into microservices (good to have)
