JOB Description:
· Prepare proposals, request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
· Prepare purchasing terms and conditions as well as pricing quotations.
· Create purchase orders and follow up order receiving within the required lead time.
· Maintain a healthy relationship with the vendors and suppliers.
· Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company.
· Understand the purchasing needs and demands.
· Implementation of all tasks required by the purchasing manager.
· Follow with finance department suppliers’ payment.
· 1-2 years of experience
