CALL CENTER AGENT
Q-source Outsourcing is hiring a “Call Center Agent” for a multi-national company working in telecommunication.
Location: 6 October City.
Experience: 0 to 6 Month.
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
English Level: Fluent is a MUST.
Job Description:
will manage predominantly the following types of calls:
• Facility repair requests (contract maintenance, client self-perform; program management for requests outside scope of agreements).
• Full-Service Lease Landlord work requests.
• Janitorial; pick-up and delivery; food service; landscaping; other.
• Move/Add/Change requests which may include physical moves, space allocation or phone service ownership change.
• Room set-up/catering/special events.
• Office Service Requests. • Service Supplier performance complaint (mechanical, electrical, janitorial, room setup, catering etc.).
• Immediate Dispatch (“ID”) emergency or urgent service requests (priority 1 and 2 calls) with time or special needs will be entered into the system and include specific procedure to manage handoff of information. This will include a phone call or other means to establish human contact to ensure timely receipt of work by appropriate service Supplier.
