HR
We’re hiring for an offshore tele-sales company which is seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and quality assurance of tele-sales calls.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for tele-sales positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company.
Administer the payroll process, including calculating salaries, bonuses, and commission payments accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits administration.
Conduct quality assurance audits of tele-sales calls to ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
Analyze and report on tele-sales call data to identify areas for improvement and training opportunities.
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address employee relations issues and concerns, including performance management, disciplinary action, and conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and payroll changes.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the overall business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a tele-sales or related industry.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Proficient in English.
Experience in quality assurance of tele-sales calls is a plus.
