Key responsibilities:

• Implement high-quality solutions within a timely manner. Designed and built to last and to scale.
• Convert business requirements into high-fidelity prototypes using flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Experience and proven track record of conducting researches, usability testing, user interviews, ideation workshops and more related to UX
• Experience in building and maintaining a design system from scratch and collaborating with the developers on keeping them up to date.
• Identify new design trends that we should study / adopt in order to continuously improve the user experience.
• Prototyping new features and wire-frames cross-functionally with the product team.
• Contribute to product planning, strategy and roadmaps.
• Contribute to OKRs and Tech org performance.

UI/UX Designer

Skills Required

• Have at least 3 - 5 years of working experience, preferably in e-commerce
• Experience in designing highly interactive web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in the required tools of trade like Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• Have contributed in the launch and complete lifecycle of high scale products. Have a super knack of user experience and journey.
• Ability to multitask in a highly energetic, fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accountability and Ownership: Self-driven individual who can build and maintain high scale projects end to end.
• Skills in Illustrations and Animations would be an added advantage.
